Yoga Mamas ~ Nov. 6th to Dec. 11th
A yoga class for all pregnant women. Bring greater awareness to the structure, muscles, and organs of the pelvis to support your changing body throughout your pregnancy as well as prepare your body for birth. Become grounded, slow down, focus more inside. Bolsters, blocks, blankets, straps and mats are available for use, no need to bring anything other than a water bottle. Partners are invited to join for the last class to learn hands-on support for comfort measures in late pregnancy and labour.
